Activate the fixed contact link
In Nova Chat Shop, subscribe to Fixed contact link Pro (€9.99/month).

Copy your snippet
Open the fixed link in chat or Shop → Website widget, then copy the script.

Paste on your site
Put the script before </body>. On WordPress: block “Custom HTML”.
Example snippet
Replace UW_VASTE_LINK_TOKEN with your own token from Shop or chat. Your real snippet is ready to copy after you subscribe.
FAQ
Do I need a WordPress plugin?
No. A Custom HTML block (or theme footer) is enough. A dedicated plugin may come later.
Does it work with cookie banners?
Yes. The widget only loads after your page; it does not set tracking cookies of its own.
Can I change the button text?
Yes — use data-label on the script, or set it in your Nova Chat settings.
Left or right side?
Default is bottom-right. Add data-position="left" for the left side.
